Get started with your Lourdes Travel B2C White Label platform.

Getting Your Credentials

After your onboarding is complete, you will receive your login credentials via email. These include your Agent ID, Username, and Temporary Password.

Logging In for the First Time

  1. Navigate to the B2C admin panel URL provided in your welcome email.
  2. Enter your Username and Temporary Password.
  3. Click Login to access the dashboard.
  4. You will be prompted to change your password on the first login.

Dashboard Overview

Once logged in, you will see the main dashboard with key sections:

  • Bookings — View and manage all reservations
  • Transactions — Monitor your financial activity
  • Settings — Configure your white label solution
  • Reports — Access analytics and performance data
Make sure to complete all setup steps before going live to ensure your platform works correctly.

2. Change Password

Steps to Change Your Password

  1. Log in to your admin dashboard.
  2. Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Change Password from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter your Current Password.
  5. Enter your New Password and confirm it.
  6. Click Update to save changes.

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately.

3. Load Your Funds Instantly and Securely Online

Add funds to your account quickly and securely.

How to Load Funds

  1. Navigate to Accounts > Load Funds from the dashboard.
  2. Select your preferred Payment Method (bank transfer, credit card, or online payment).
  3. Enter the Amount you wish to load.
  4. Review the transaction details and any applicable fees.
  5. Click Proceed to Payment.
  6. Complete the payment through your selected gateway.
  7. Once confirmed, the funds will reflect in your account balance.

Supported Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Online Payment Gateways
Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process. Card payments are reflected instantly.

4. View Your Complete Transaction History

Access and review all your past transactions anytime.

Accessing Transaction History

  1. Go to Accounts > Transaction History from the dashboard.
  2. You will see a list of all transactions with date, type, amount, and status.
  3. Use the Date Range filter to narrow down results.
  4. Use the Search bar to find specific transactions by reference number.

Transaction Details

Each transaction record includes:

  • Date & Time — When the transaction was made
  • Reference Number — Unique transaction identifier
  • Type — Credit, Debit, Refund, etc.
  • Amount — Transaction value
  • Status — Completed, Pending, or Failed

Exporting Transactions

Click the Export button to download your transaction history as a CSV or Excel file for your records.

5. Go Live

Pre-Launch Checklist

Before going live, verify that all the following are configured:

  • Logo and branding uploaded
  • Payment gateway activated
  • SMTP email settings configured
  • Markup and pricing set up
  • Searchbox widget integrated on your website
  • Test booking completed successfully

Going Live

  1. Navigate to Settings > Go Live.
  2. Review the checklist — all items should show a green checkmark.
  3. Click Activate Live Mode.
  4. Your white label site is now live and accepting real bookings.
Ensure you have sufficient funds in your account before going live to avoid failed bookings.

6. Global Settings

Accessing Global Settings

Navigate to Settings > Global Settings from the admin panel.

Available Configurations

  • Company Details — Business name, address, phone, and email
  • Currency — Set your default display and transaction currency
  • Language — Choose the primary language for your platform
  • Date & Time Format — Configure regional date/time preferences
  • Contact Information — Support email and phone displayed to customers
  • Terms & Conditions — Add or update your terms of service

Saving Changes

After making updates, click Save Settings at the bottom of the page. Changes take effect immediately across your platform.

7. Uploading Logos

How to use B2C White Label Solutions to successfully upload your brand logos.

Logo Types

  • Header Logo — Displayed in the navigation bar (recommended: 200×60px)
  • Footer Logo — Displayed in the footer section (recommended: 180×50px)
  • Favicon — Browser tab icon (recommended: 32×32px or 64×64px)

Upload Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Branding > Logos.
  2. Click Upload next to the logo type you want to update.
  3. Select your image file (PNG or JPG format recommended).
  4. Preview the logo to ensure it displays correctly.
  5. Click Save to apply the changes.
Use transparent PNG files for the best results. Keep file size under 500KB for fast loading.

8. Cancel and Amend Bookings

Manage your bookings efficiently with cancellation and amendment options.

Viewing Bookings

  1. Navigate to Bookings from the main menu.
  2. Use filters to search by date, status, passenger name, or booking reference.
  3. Click on a booking to view its full details.

Cancelling a Booking

  1. Open the booking you wish to cancel.
  2. Click the Cancel Booking button.
  3. Review the cancellation policy and any applicable charges.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.
  5. The refund (if applicable) will be processed automatically.

Amending a Booking

  1. Open the booking you wish to amend.
  2. Click Amend Booking.
  3. Modify the required fields (dates, passenger details, etc.).
  4. Review any fare differences or fees.
  5. Confirm the amendment.
Not all bookings are eligible for cancellation or amendment. Check the supplier's policy before proceeding.

9. Editing

Editing Profile Information

  1. Navigate to Profile > Edit Profile.
  2. Update your company details, contact information, or address.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Editing Booking Details

  1. Go to Bookings and select the booking to edit.
  2. Click Edit on the fields you wish to modify.
  3. Make your changes and click Update.

Editing Content Pages

If your white label solution includes a CMS, you can edit content like:

  • Homepage banners and text
  • About Us page
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Privacy Policy

Navigate to Settings > Content Management to access the editor.

10. Setting Up Markup

Configure your pricing markups to set your profit margins.

What is Markup?

Markup is the additional amount or percentage you add on top of the base price. This determines your selling price and profit on each booking.

Configuring Markup

  1. Navigate to Settings > Markup Management.
  2. Select the service type (Flights, Hotels, Transfers, etc.).
  3. Choose the markup type:
    • Fixed Amount — A flat fee added to the base price
    • Percentage — A percentage added to the base price
  4. Enter the markup value.
  5. Click Save to apply.
You can set different markups for different service categories and routes. Review your pricing regularly to stay competitive.

How to Access

  1. Navigate to Settings > Advanced.

Changing advanced settings may affect your platform's behavior. Only modify these if you understand their impact.

13. Activate Payment Gateway

Activation Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Payment Gateway.
  2. Select your preferred payment gateway from the list.
  3. Enter your gateway credentials (API Key, Secret Key, Merchant ID, etc.).
  4. Choose the gateway mode:
    • Sandbox/Test — For testing before going live
    • Live/Production — For real transactions
  5. Click Activate.
  6. Perform a test transaction to verify the integration.
Start with Sandbox mode to test your payment flow before switching to Live mode.

14. SMTP Settings

What is SMTP?

SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) allows your platform to send emails such as booking confirmations, password resets, and notifications to customers and agents.

Configuration Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings > SMTP Configuration.
  2. Enter the following details:
    • SMTP Host — e.g., smtp.gmail.com
    • SMTP Port — e.g., 587 (TLS) or 465 (SSL)
    • Username — Your email address
    • Password — Your email/app password
    • Encryption — TLS or SSL
    • From Email — The sender email address
    • From Name — The sender name displayed in emails
  3. Click Save Settings.
  4. Use the Send Test Email button to verify the configuration.
If using Gmail, you may need to enable "App Passwords" or allow less secure apps in your Google account settings.
